Kimila Kay lives in Donald, Oregon, with her husband, Randy, and a feisty black cat, Halle. She is currently a member of Northwest Independent Writers Association (NIWA), Ladies of Mystery, Sisters in Crime, Willamette Writers, and Windtree Press.
Her cross-cultural series, Mexico Mayhem, includes “Peril in Paradise”, “Malice in Mazatlán,” “Vanished in Vallarta”, and “Chaos in Cabo.” Still planned for the series are “Lost in Loreto” (Summer/2026), “Peace in La Paz,” and “Fiasco in Peñasco.”
The Stoneybrook Mystery Series includes “Redneck Ranch”, “Five Golden Rings”, “Whispering Willows”, “Willow’s Woods,” and “Rattlesnake Ravine.” “Fatal Falls” and “Jamboree Jealousy” will be available spring of 2026.
